Start with Antidote¶

Orient to the research, publication, and synthetic prototype boundaries.

Antidote combines a reproducible research workspace with an emerging local research instrument. Begin with the paper for the design and evidence boundary, then use the architecture surface to inspect responsibility and trust zones. The current executable session uses synthetic fixtures and a deterministic mock worker; no real model or participant result is implied.

The repository-owned Make and Task commands build the paper independently. The public site adds Holon's exact-pinned presentation profiles without changing manuscript source, paper bytes, publication provenance, or Antidote's authority over claims.
